I want to start off by saying that I got quotes from at least 6 solar companies. The majority felt overpriced, I felt pressured by their salesperson and their length of how long it would take to get the panels going was quite lengthy. I can say that Cervus didn’t fall into any of those categories. Peter was very professional from the beginning. He informed me right away about how solar works, the benefits, the cost, the length, and the process. I never felt like Peter was a salesperson but instead, an honest individual that was trying to help make a good decision, and never did I feel pressured. Secondly, his staff was always on time and professional. Throughout the process, Peter would come to see the progress and answer my questions on any day or time.

The pricing was way more affordable than the other companies and there weren’t any hidden fees. I am very pleased with the product I received for the price I paid. Cervus offers panels that the other sole companies. Lastly, the timing exceeded my expectations. Most companies gave me months, well that wasn’t the case with Cervus. The process was smooth and fast. Never did the city have any issues with the process and now I am off to saving money instead of paying for electricity. Lastly, the customer service is what made them stand out even more. Thank you, Peter and Cervus for providing great Cervus with a great product during the process.

“Peter took care of all my problems!”

Highly recommend Cervus Solar & Construction! I worked with Peter and he is a lifesaver. I had solar installed on my house by a previous contractor 3 years ago, but it wasn’t producing energy. My previous contractor did a good install, but unknown to me, they didn’t complete the job. They didn’t make sure the inverter was working nor did they setup my account so I could see how my solar was performing. My contractor has been ghosting me ever since they received payment and left the job site. PETER TOOK CARE OF ALL MY PROBLEMS. Peter fixed my inverter and made some calls to get my account set up. He took the time to show me how the app works and answered all my questions. He was very friendly and you can tell that customer service is very important to him (unlike my previous contractor). Now my solar is producing energy and I’m on my way to seeing the savings that I should have been seeing for the last 3 years. If I need more solar panels in the future, I’ll definitely be hiring Pete. I’m so grateful!!!
